Hungary’s Prime Minister Victor Orban has claimed he personally told Donald Trump that ‘the Russians have won’ the war after the US President suggested Ukraine could reclaim all their lost territory
Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban has claimed he personally told Donald Trump that “the Russians have won” in the war in Ukraine. The blunt statement was a response to a suggestion from the US President that Ukraine could regain all of its territory with the help of the EU.
The inflammatory commented were made by Orban, who some call a Putin pawn, on a Hungarian show called “Fighting Hour”. He said: “The American president asked my opinion on this matter.
“I replied that the outcome of the war has been decided: the Russians have won. This matter is closed,” Orban said on the program “Fighting Hour”.
It comes as Putin has issued a huge decree as Moscow continues its grinding war in Ukraine. Another 135,000 people have now been drafted into the army in order to serve as tensions continue to rise between Russia and the West.
Pro-Kremlin media is reporting that more soldiers are being brought in from the population to fight its bloody war in Ukraine. This comes as Moscow continues to pay for more North Korean soldiers to head to the frontline, all in the hopes of winning the three-year-long conflict.
Meanwhile, NATO is stepping up its own defences after a series of Russian incursions into its territory over the past couple of weeks. Putin and his cronies have strongly denied any involvement in the incursions, instead blaming the West for creating a false flag to start a potential Third World War.
As Russia’s frontline in Ukraine continues to stall, Ukrainian media UNN reported that soldiers are being called up from the public to fight. The conscription will take place from Wednesday (October 1) and will continue all the way up to the new year.
In a decree signed off by Vlad himself, all people aged 18 to 30 “who are not in the reserve” already will be called up to serve in the army, resulting in around 135,000 people being added to Russia ‘s military personnel. These people are subjected to Russian laws which specifically state they are required to be conscripted in accordance with a law passed in 1998.
The entire country is set to have its reserve force boosted, as well as Crimea, which Russia illegally annexed from Ukraine in 2014. Since then, Crimea has served as a fortress for Russian soldiers, using the peninsula as one of the starting points of the war back in February of 2022.
