Adolf Hitler had a sexual disorder that could have caused a ‘micropenis’, bombshell DNA tests have shown – the tests were carried out on a piece of cloth taken from the sofa in the Führerbunker

Adolf Hitler suffered from a sexual disorder, explosive DNA tests have revealed. Scientists have carried out examinations on a fragment of fabric seized from the dictator’s sofa in the Führerbunker, where he ended his own life.

The fabric was snatched by Colonel Roswell P Rosengren of the US Army, one of General Eisenhower’s press officers. Experts have managed to analyse the blood-stained material to conduct studies of Hitler’s DNA.

The findings will be disclosed in the Channel 4 documentary Hitler’s DNA: Blueprint of a Dictator, which airs on Saturday, reports the Express. Professor Turi King, the chief geneticist behind this investigation, revealed: “If he was to look at his own genetic results, he would have almost certainly have sent himself to the gas chambers.”

Speaking about the study, she continued: “I agonised over it. But it will be done at some point and we wanted to make sure it’s done in an extremely measured and rigorous fashion. Also, to not do it puts him on some sort of pedestal.”

She emphasised: “The genetics can in no way excuse what he did.

“He could have had the most boring genome on the planet. But he didn’t.”

The investigation will also be published shortly, detailing how Hitler suffered from Kallmann syndrome, a genetic condition that impairs the normal development of puberty and sexual organs.

A 1923 medical examination of the tyrant, only revealed in 2015, confirmed he had an undescended testicle. The recent revelation of Hitler’s genetic disorder could lend credence to earlier assertions that the dictator was afflicted with a micropenis.

Alex J Kay, a historian at the University of Potsdam who is an expert on Nazi Germany and a key contributor to the documentary, told The Times: “This would help to explain Hitler’s highly unusual and almost complete devotion to politics in his life to the almost complete exclusion of any kind of private life.

“Other senior Nazis had wives, children, even extramarital affairs. Hitler is the one person among the whole Nazi leadership who doesn’t. Therefore, I think that only under Hitler could the Nazi movement have come to power.”
