A performer at Tommy Robinson’s rally left audiences at home and abroad in stitches after she praised Vladimir Putin during a performance. Protesters were left in shock after she made a slew of claims during her performance, all while hitting out at Keir Starmer.

Over 110,000 people turned out to support far-right activist Tommy Robinson for his Unite the Kingdom rally in London on Saturday (September 13). The protest was headed by Tommy himself, together with professional loudmouth Katie Hopkins and controversial actor-turned-activist Laurence Fox.

After the main rally, a number of entertainers were brought out to keep the crowd interested as the far-right fanatics made their way to Whitehall. At the centre of the entertainment, one singer appeared onstage to deliver a bizarre rap that called out the Prime Minister while heaping love on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Taking to the stage, the unnamed performer, sporting a dress bearing the St George’s Cross went on a musical rant about the state of the government’s immigration policy. She also went on to call out Keir Starmer directly, accusing him of heinous crimes no media outlet in their right mind would publish, while also calling for an end to the war in Gaza.

Throughout her performance, the singer can be heard singing lines such as: “Don’t you dare speak about immigration” and “We don’t wanna fight no war”. She could also be heard branding Keir Starmer an “English man hater”.

However, while the camera panned to some people enjoying her performance, many were left visibly bemused at what the singer was chanting in her delivery. Alex Hearn, an antisemitism expert and opinion writer for various media outlets, was one of those who was less than impressed with the performance, taking to social media to share a snippet of her bizarre appearance.

“At the rally, poundshop Lily Allen sang a pro-Putin, anti-Israel and anti-immigrant song,” he wrote. In response to this, several people were left in shock and confusion as many could not understand what the singer was trying to say, all while making fun of her weak singing voice.

One user joked: “The voice of an angel!” whilst a second added: “Like Andrea Jenkins’ song, this actually gives me hope as it shows how weird they are, I think we as a nation still object to anything that embarrassing.”

A third typed: “That’s enough internet for today”, to which Alex replied: “I saw it, so now you have to.” Meanwhile a fourth sneered: “I did not know things this bad existed.”

The mystifying performance came as those who were attending the Unite the Kingdom protests eventually turned violent, as some protestors could be seen climbing historical buildings with Union Jacks around their necks. Meanwhile, protestors were seen later on in the day climbing on top of statues as they made their way along Westminster Bridge opposite the Houses of Parliament.

During the rally, Tommy alleged that Sir Keir — who came out on top for the Labour Party had “slithered” to power, while twenty million Brits did not vote. Tommy now alleges that the political leader had only come to power thanks to discouraging people from voting; this claim has not been independently proven.
