Emily Rainey, 25, sparked controversy after posting a TikTok video showing her risqué Cinderella-inspired outfit in a Disney car park – with critics deeming it ‘inappropriate’

A young woman was slammed for donning a ‘boob towel’ to a Disney theme park – with trolls branding her “inappropriate.” Emily Rainey was spotted strutting her stuff in a Disney car park – but clapped back at haters who accused her of “attention seeking.” It comes after a braless mum rocking a playsuit hit back at trolls who also called her “inappropriate.”

The Disney superfan shared a video on TikTok in 2022, flaunting her Cinderella-inspired outfit. She rocked a halter-style lounge bra, seemingly made from towel material, and pastel blue skinny jeans.

Her viral post, racking up over 16.5 million views, shows the 25-year-old striking a pose in heeled boots. She’s seen toting a mini backpack as she struts across the car park.

Emily ditched a traditional top for the “boob towel” – leaving many viewers gobsmacked by her daring fashion choice. Some were quick to suggest she’d be barred from entering Disneyland in that outfit or asked to throw on a T-shirt.

One person jibed: “You realise Disneyland is a family place right?” A second user slammed: “Give me attention!”

While a third expressed: “Disney is full of kids though, so save that for your parties.” Someone else said: “I don’t have an issue with the skimpiness, it’s just that’s a towel, not designed to be worn out of the house… equivalent to wearing a robe to Disney?”

At the time, Emily told Daily Star that viewers had got their wires crossed and clarified she wasn’t even in Disneyland.

She clarified: “The internet got angry because I was ‘going to Disneyland’ and the ‘poor children’… in reality I was not going to Disneyland.. I’m actually not even in the Disneyland parking lot, it’s the Downtown Disney lot!”

“I go there often because I live only 40 minutes away and I love Disney!”

Emily went on to explain that her visit to Downtown Disney that day was for filming video content and catching up with friends over dinner.

She added: “No one was in the parking lot! Once I got into the shade and closer to Downtown Disney I put an open-front sweater on as well.

“The videos were taken in areas where there were no children in front of me so that I didn’t make parents feel too uncomfortable and I mostly didn’t want to upset women that were with their boyfriends or husbands.”

Being a big fan of Disneyland, Emily is well aware of the dress code for entering the theme park.

“If I tried to wear this into the park they would have given me a different shirt to wear,” Emily said.

“Their [Disneyland’s] policy doesn’t allow ‘too much skin’ to be showing. Girls are given shirts typically if they wear cropped tops that are too short or too low-cut.”
