Married At First Sight UK star Keye has taken to social media after clashing with co-star Steven during the latest episode of the E4 show.
A star of Married At First Sight UK has declared “here’s the truth” following dramatic scenes on Wednesday night (October 1).
As the tenth series of the hit E4 show unfolds, viewers are being treated to a wealth of drama and uncomfortable moments as the newlyweds navigate their fresh relationships. Fresh off their honeymoons, this week saw the stars settling into their new flats and attending their first dinner party and commitment ceremony.
In classic MAFS UK fashion, tensions escalated for one pair, Nelly and Steven, after their first argument during a group outing for drinks. The latest episode featured Steven confronting Keye at his and Davide’s flat, leading to a heated exchange over Nelly.
Steven later vented: “Just stay out of my business,” before hastily exiting the flat, confessing he was “p***** off”.
During the October 1 episode, Keye stood firm, describing himself as a “cheerleader” and a “positive person”, reports OK!.
The star has since taken to social media to reveal the “truth”. Keye posted: “Tonight on #mafsuk the cheerleader, cheered… But being a cheerleader isn’t about pom-poms or being the loudest, it’s about energy, loyalty, and showing up for people even when the world makes it hard.
“I’ve always believed in clapping the loudest for my friends, holding space for strangers, and reminding anyone who needs to hear it that they’re enough exactly as they are.
“But here’s the truth: standing by what you believe isn’t always popular. People will project, twist, or assume, and that’s not on me.
“I can’t be accountable for your assumptions. What I can be accountable for is my authenticity, my kindness, and the way I use my voice to lift others up.
“So here’s your reminder: believe in yourself, root for your people, and never be afraid to stand tall in your truth. The world needs your cheer.”
Support was quick to follow, with co-star Nelly expressing: “My cheerleader [heart] you have such a kind heart.”
One fan encouraged: “You keep being you. You did the right thing, it touched a nerve but suddenly some true colours are revealed. You are the kind of friend we all need.”
