One Strictly Come Dancing contestant has undergone an incredible transformation.
Former The Apprentice star Thomas Skinner has revealed his remarkable physical transformation after shedding a stone within just weeks of starting the 2025 series. The 34-year-old has been partnered with professional dancer Amy Dowden this year and he’s hinted at an upcoming “bonkers” performance for next week.
Taking to X, Thomas posted: “Good evening guys, I know it’s Wednesday but I filmed this earlier thinking it was Thursday. That’s how shattered I am from all the dancing. Been working hard, I’ve lost a stone and our dance routine for Saturday night is absolutely bonkers.”
“I can’t wait to show you all. Please don’t forget to vote for Amy & I on Saturday night. Hope you all had a great day. Bosh.”
In the video that accompanied his message, Thomas declared: “I am with my fabulous dance partner, the stunning Amy Dowden. We’ve been working double hard,” as Amy joked Thomas’ “hips are starting to loosen up”.
Thomas added: “Basically I’m like a Ferrari stuck in the garage, ain’t been drove in a few years but don’t worry, I’m coming out soon,” reports the Express.
Amy couldn’t resist a playful dig as she teased: “Who told you that you were a Ferrari?” which prompted Tom to respond: “All right, a Transit van!”
The duo posted behind-the-scenes glimpses of their rehearsal sessions as viewers praised their “great chemistry” and noted how “relaxed” they appear together.
One fan wrote: “I don’t even need to see you dance, you’ve already got my vote,” while another follower chimed in: “Keep pushing champ!”
